The Positive Benefits of SoundsHealing

Paul has developed his interest in the positive benefits of sound further by training with both the British Academy of Sound Therapy and The College of Sound Healing as a sound healing practitioner. SoundsHealing can offer individual and small group sessions in a purpose built room at Paul's home. Paul also offers regular sound sessions for large groups on a monthly basis. Paul is also available to play at private functions and institutions.

Sound Therapy uses a variety of instruments such as gongs, Himalayan singling bowls, drums, crystal singing bowls and voice to 'retune' the body, emotions and mind and release any past traumas that may restrict good health and wellbeing. Please refer to the website for more information about how it works and for details of events and individual treatments.

Paul is a great believer in continued professional development and continues to study the drum kit and sound healing practice on a regular basis to increase his skill levels and experience.

Paul Gant - Drum Teacher

Paul has been teaching drum kit at his studio on Wootton Road since 2006 and teaches students aged from seven to seventy plus - it's never too early or late in life to begin learning to play the drums. The lessons take place in a friendly, comfortable environment, and a welcome cuppa is always offered .

Students at all current levels of their experience from beginner to advanced are very welcome. Paul encourages students who want to learn just for fun and to let off steam after a busy week. Equally he tutors students who study the Rockschool and Trinity kit grades. Several students after achieving grade eight have continued their studies to degree level at music colleges.

Please visit the website to view the excellent exam results that have been achieved over recent years.

Paul also caters for students with special needs including autism.
